Pilates has changed my life. It has helped me so much, from improving my posture, keeping me strong and fit during my pregnancies and then helping with my post-pregnancy recovery, reducing lower back pain, as well as helping recovery from and then preventing running injuries. Since I started Pilates well over a decade ago I have not looked back, and to be able to share that experience and knowledge with others is a privilege.
Pilates is such a great way to help people reconnect their mind and body, to understand their body better and to tune into their own individual needs.
